It was with the launch of the online edition in 2001 that the history of the media holding began. The obozrevatel.com website had quickly become the most popular online media in Ukraine. Since then, it consistently was the leader of the ratings.

According to Google Analytics, about 1.5 million unique users visit OBOZREVATEL every day, 21 million per month.

In 2017 the company launched its own TV channel — Oboz TV, which later changed its name to OBOZREVATEL TV. In summer 2017, the channel had received a license for 24-hour satellite television broadcasting, and later opened a TV studio with the latest equipment meeting all modern standards.

The TV channel conducts live broadcasts, talk shows, online marathons and round tables. It broadcasts news, movies, series etc.

In March 2019, the first issue of the printed edition of OBOZREVATEL was published. It was a magazine with an unusual for our country format. The visual concept of the magazine makes it possible to talk not only about the light and interesting, but also about the acute and relevant topics.

In 2019 OBOZREVATEL magazine had a circulation of 20,000 copies. It was available in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhia, Zhytomyr, Odesa, Lviv and Chernivtsi. You could flip through its pages at Boryspil airport, on board of UIA planes, in the best beauty salons, restaurants, fitness centers and even in the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada.
